Our Complete 25 Point Wedding Co-ordination Program

 

At PartyMix Entertainment, our commitment is 100% on providing complete co-ordination of your wedding reception or party event. We will provide our 10 years of experience and walk you through every step of the planning process as well as your actual event so you can simply relax and enjoy the entire evening!

 

Before your event even begins, we …

1/ Have an initial consultation and booking meeting with you

2/ Follow-up with a detailed planning session with you 2-4 weeks before the event

3/ Then have a detailed meeting between PartyMix staff host co-ordinators.

4/ Then follow-up with a phone consultation by your specific host co-ordinator

5/ Then touch base with a phone call to you the week of your wedding event

   

At your wedding reception, your host co-ordinator will…

6/ Arrive at least 15 minutes before starting time and play lively cocktail music

7/ Check with hall manager to assure there are no problems within the hall

8/ Check with kitchen staff to make sure dinner will be on time

9/ Check with bar staff to ensure bar is ready to open

10/ Check hall microphone to make sure it working properly

11/ Greet wedding party and help set up your receiving line

12/ Locate guest MC and who is saying grace and co-ordinate their duties

13/ 20 minutes before meal is served, check receiving line and guest arrivals

14/ 15 minutes before meal, announce to guest to be seated for introductions

15/ Recheck for last minute guests and line up wedding party for introductions

16/ 10 minutes before meal, introduce wedding party into hall

17/ 5 minutes before meal introduce guest MC and or blesser of the meal

18/ Explain and or demonstrate your kissing game

19/ Play dinner music during your meal

20/ Locate the guest MC to co-ordinate speeches

21/ Re-introduce guest MC and begin speeches

22/ Introduce Bride & Groom for your first dance

23/ Introduce all specialty dances ( father/daughter, wedding party, etc.)

24/ Co-ordinate bouquette & garter toss later in the evening

25/ End evening with a special surprise dance (elegant & memorable)
